REMINGTON GEARS UP ALTERNATIVE CAPITAL NETWORK; EXPECTS FINANCING MARKETS TO THAW IN 4Q10

Springtime is when nature usually begins renewing itself after a cold hard winter. This year, a spring thaw may be coming early for the financing markets. In fact, it may be here by year-end, if current expectations come to pass.

The good news is Remington Capital is geared up for the expected thaw, having dramatically increased Remington's global network of lenders and investors to nearly 700, about 70% of which are alternative sources of commercial capital. Historically, banks have been the primary source of commercial real estate financing in the U.S. And the availability of bank credit may get even worse, with 829 additional banks listed as "problems" by government regulators.
